SHEER IN SAN FRANCISCO

Coffee is my biggest vice! I think I could theoretically function without chocolate, pasta and pizza, but life without coffee seems completely meaningless:) I tried quitting coffee a few times mainly because it's a stimulant and because drinking too much ( which I certainly do ) is not great for your skin. There was even a brief period when I managed to stop drinking coffee completely, yet every time I passed by a coffee shop the smell of freshly brewed coffee seemed to call my name. Didn't get better with time, in fact, it felt like I missed coffee more with each passing day:) I "unquit"  drinking coffee after an especially exhausting week and decided that perhaps some vices are ok in moderation. So, I've cut down considerably. One cup a day, no more! That's the new rule and so far I've managed to stick by it!

Pretty long speech but I promise I have a point!:) The reason for all of the above is that while we were in San Francisco, we found the greatest coffee shop ever! So, if you happen to be a coffee fanatic like I am, you should definitely stop by Four Barrel Coffee. One word, amazing! Love, love, love their coffee and their butter croissants! Come to think of it, maybe I have two vices because in my book coffee and croissants are a one package deal! Right? :)

NEW IN: MICHAEL KORS GREENWICH SATCHEL

Just couldn't resist the urge to share a few things that are making me very happy at the moment! By  a few things I am of course referring to bags, shoes and jewelry, but you already knew that, given my profound accessory obsession:)

The thing that is not making me very happy at the moment is the weather. Yes, I know, considering that February in California tends to be warmer than pretty much everywhere else, I can hardly complain. And yet, .... here I am complaining:) After freezing in New York, I was kinda hoping LA would greet me with some warmth and sunshine, but instead it's been gloomy, rainy and cold. Essentially, we've been enjoying the kind of weather that in no way signifies that Spring is around the corner and I am oh so very ready for Spring!

So, in an effort to chase away my February blues, I've been indulging in some serious Spring shopping and I have to say that the results have been most satisfying:)

This year, my Spring shopping started with an item that is always at the top of my Spring/Summer must have list, i.e. the white bag. Aside from color, what attracted me to this MICHAEL by Michael Kors Greenwich satchel is the contrast black interior and of course the shape! I love structured bags, but when they also happen to be a perfect combination of polish and laid back ease, I find them completely irresistible! In fact, I find them so irresistible, I am considering getting another one, since it comes in a few different colors... The only problem is that I can't decide between the raspberry and blue. What do you guys think? Raspberry, blue or both? :)

Special thank you to my bfs at MK! Love, love, love my new Michael Kors swag! :)

SPARKLE

I said it before and I'll say it again, you don't need a special occasion to wear something sparkly. Everyday could be a celebration, right? Found this bag in the back of my closet this morning, and couldn't believe I completely forgotten about it! It was probably one of my favorite bags this summer ( last seen here & here ) and I am so glad to be reunited with this super versatile piece just in time for the Holiday season! I have a feeling it's going to be my constant party companion:)

I also wanted to once again wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving, I hope you got to spend the day with the people you love! Emil and I spent Thanksgiving with his parents, stuffing our faces with the most delicious treats, his mom's cooking is so amazing! We snapped these pics right before we headed over their house for dinner. And it was a good thing we did, cause neither Emil nor I were able to lift our butts off the couch after that meal:) I think I actually fell asleep at some point, hopefully I didn't snore:) I don't remember the last time I ate this much... Totally worth it, though!

CREME BRULEE

Heels: via Pink & Pepper | Shorts: Asos | Blouse: Haute Hippie { similar here & here } | Bag: Marc Jacobs { also loving this one } | Jewelry: bracelet via Ily Couture, spike stretch bracelet Cara, watch Michael Kors

Spent the whole day with my girls, feels like I haven't seen them for ages. You know how it is, life just gets so hectic sometimes... Anyway, we haven't had a proper girls night out in a while. Well, really more like a shopping day followed by dinner and drinks at one of our favorite places. Since we were going out for dinner later, I felt like dressing up a bit. I've been searching for a pair of tailored white shorts, forever! Plenty of white denim cut-offs out there, yet not so many dressier versions! Well, I got these last week and couldn't be happier. Love the glorious feeling you get when you search for something and then suddenly find exactly what you were looking for. Certainly made my day:) Of course, dinner and drinks with my girls felt like a perfect opportunity to take them out for a spin:)

We had an absolutely fantastic day, didn't end up buying anything important really, mostly because we were so busy chatting the entire time. But then to be honest with you, it's pretty much always like that when we get together. There is never enough time to talk about all the things we want to talk about...  Is it like that with you guys too?

RAD ROSES

I've been looking for a pair of suede wedge boots for some time now. I mean they work with right about everything, from skinny denim to shorts and skirts. So, when I spotted these perfect beauties I knew I found exactly what I was looking for. Granted it is still scorching hot in LA, but they are new, I love them and I simply had to wear them right away. I am sure you know how it is when it comes to new favorites:)

Of course, I already have a million outfits planned in my head, but this time, I decided to pair them with a sequin mini and a high low leather front sweater. I think they work perfectly to sort of dress down what otherwise could be a pretty dresses up look. What do you guys think?
